Hi I was talking with someone and they said I could go to Nero and in options Click Over Burn. I have Nero 5599 when I try to do that they want to know exactly how much in numbers to overburn does anyone know how to do this?

Set it to the highest numbers it will allow.

If, in fact, you do want to overburn a CD, you have to check "Disk-at-once"...
