firstly, i do not mean something like daemon tools which mounts an image as a cd/dvd. i want it the other way around.
i have a dvd in this hand, and i want windows to think it's a hard drive. useless and stupid? yes, 99% of the time. but i'm trying desperately to use data recovery software on the dvd, but nothing i've seen even looks at removable storage, so i need to trick it into looking. i expect failure, but i have to try.
