Random playback order

Hi All
I was wondering if anyone knows how to author a DVD which, when played, will play back the chapters in a random order.
Better still would be a method to give a weighting, etc to certain chapters over others, with these chapters playing back more frequently than those with a lower weighting.
Is there any DVD authoring software available which allows you to do this?

Many standalone DVD players provide that option, which can be accessed via the remote control...
