Flicker when movie pans
Hi!
I have a strange problem that I can't solve.
When I play my DVD using my DVD-player (TV) it flicker when the movie pans, but only when it pans.
But when I use PowerDVD on my computer everything looks nice.
Some background...
The movie is ripped from VHS to MPEG2 PAL 720*576, 25 fps.
It's bured using Ulead DVD Moviefactory 2 on a DVD+R disc.
I have no idea were to start troubleshooting.
Any idea would be greatly appreciated.
