    DVD+R for Pal?

Someone told me that he has to use DVD+R blanks to record Pal DVDs. Is this a function of the drive or recorder, or do DVD Players in Europe, etc all use +R? I just had a request for 6 DVDs in the Pal standard and I don't want to send out something the customer can't use.
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

    Customers for burned DVDs?

This doesn't sound like a question you should be asking at these forums...

I live in England and can use +or- disks on a dvd player. However more important is the software you use to burn the disks with.
In my case my dvd is a Toshiba and will not recognise disks burnt with copiers like dvd express but works fine with Nero
