Endians options in ac3 encoding with BeSweetGUI v0.6?

Hello. Just wondering if anybody out there knows the difference between the 2 Endians (Motorola, & Intel) in the AC3 Encoding Options in 'BeSweetGUI v0.6' (using with 'BeSweet v1.4')? I noticed that the Intel transcodes alot faster than the Motorola, & maybe the audio done with Intel might have a little more hiss (noisier). Just wondering if there was a reason for 2 options. Thanks.
