Burning Mini DVDs

Aight so i have Nero 6, i tried burning a miniDVD because i dont have a VCD or SVCD player, so it tells me i have to have VOB, IFO, or BUP files to make the miniDVD and all my stuff is in .avi or some form of mpeg, so my question is how do i convert those two file formats to .vob?

Don't bother - many DVDPlayers don't play MiniDVD !
