Video Pic Edit Question

Sorry, I don't know if this is the right section. I'm recording videotape concerts to burn to dvd. Some tapes are quite old.

Having a problem with one tape > is there a program that will remove the white bars on the sides of the video?

Use WinTv PVR250 card to record video & use TMPGENC DVD Author to author.

Any ideas?

Use "TMPGEnc" (Different than "TMPGEnc DVD Author") as follows:

1) Load file into main window
2) Click on "Setting" radiobutton
3) Click on "Advanced" tab
4) Put a checkmark next to "Clip frame" - and doubleclick on the words "Clip frame"
5) Set your "Left" and "Right" cropping as desired
6) Click on "OK" to return to main window
7) Save with a new filename
