Please Help!!!

Hi there Can someone plz help me...
What i am trying to do is take out the warning notice infront of the dvd that scrolls up , i would like to replace that with my own message i know it is possible to remove the warning notice etc , just want to know if i can make my own message using which software to create the scrolling message and then replace it back in again !!!! Anybody with any idea's!!!

You could do this with an authoring program such as "TMPGEnc DVD Author" (Different from the regular TMPGEnc encoding program) or DVD-Lab or even Adobe Premier. You might have to use a paint program like PhotoShop to create a still image first.
