How do you replace a slate/cell with your own?

How do you replace the 'FBI Warning' with your own slate/cell? Is there a tutorial on how to do this? I've searched EVERYWHERE on the internet and checked out other DVD forums but can't find the answer. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
