Sonic ReelDVD 3.03 opening then closing?!

Hi everybody. I recently upgraded my pc...reloaded everything. Well, I just started back up on DVD Authoring...I created my clips in Adobe Premiere Pro and saved them as .M2V files. Well here is what happens....

I open up Sonic, and it either closes right away and then I have to open again...when opening again it gives me a message (for the life of me I cant remember what this message said...something about reopening something something) So I reopen Sonic, and it looks like its going to be ok. I drag a clip onto the workspace...all seems well, I start to drag another, and the window closes down. So I re-open Sonic, it pops up that message again, and the vicious cycle begins. I have tried reloading Sonic, still no help. Arrrrrgh!

Any suggestions besides remembering that error message? When I opened Sonic, I didnt change any settings...just kept what it was defaulted to. Could this be my issue???

I can't recall if version 3 requires a dongle or not (never used it), but if it does, have you made sure it is installed (including drivers)?

This may not be the cause of your problem, but I do know for a fact that such behaviour is typical of dongle-dependent programs if the dongle is inaccessible to the program for any reason.

To be honest, I'm working in the dark on this one because you have not stated what the exact error message is, which makes things a little difficult, to say the least!
