How to add/subtract movies?

Hello everyone.

I have tried to find the guide to add/ subtract movies but unsuccessfull. Can someone direct me?

To do: I have DVD with episole (movies) that has chapter less than 1.5GB. I want to add/ subtract these chapter to fit into 1 DVD-4.7.

What SW available? and how to do?
