Nero VE chapters jump

I have the very latest version of Nero Vision Express 3.

I made my first DVD with chapters with it recently, inserting the chapters manually.

I was disappointed to discover that when playing the DVD through from the start that the picture jumps, or "drops out" in the transitions from one chapter to the next.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Is there any way to prevent this from happening so that the movie runs smoothly throughout?
