DVD Shrink &Titan AD = no audio: Help?

    Hi Guys
Using DVD Shrink version 3.0 or 2.0 I am backing up Titan AD.
It has numerous AC3 tracks and a DTS audio track. Regardless what audio files I choose when in re author I have no audio on playback.

    Thanks for your help.
    Regards
    Alan.

What means of playback have you used in order to determine that there isn't an audio track?

(Playing an individual .VOB on your PC, does NOT prove this)

Im sing the "MyHD card" for playback. Its a High Definition card for the PC that also sports DVD playback.

Ive recorded a handfull of titles and this is the first I cannot get any audio out of for some reason.
After I re author I chose the main movie and then the adio track I want. I have now backed this up nmeros times trying each audio track available with no luck on playback. AC3 and both DTS.
      Regards
      Alan.

        "also sports DVD playback."

        1) Does it allow you to access the DVD's menu?

        2) If so, have you tried selecting each of the audio tracks listed in the DVD menu's "audio setup"?

I just backuped the main movie with no menu selection.
I also chose AC3 6.1. That did not work so I chose just the DTS track and did another backup but that did not work ether.

This is the first movie Ive back uped with multable digital audio tracks to choose from. Could that be the reason. I wanted to choose just one and in hopes the movie would play with audio from the start like the others Ive backed up.
The movie plays fine but without audio.
          Thanks again for your time.
          Regards
          Alan.

Does the DVD playback program provide its own controls for selecting audio? If so, try all listed audio formats.

If not, to be certain of your results, I'd suggest you actually BURN a rewritable DVD and play it on a standalone DVD player - and use the remote control to select each of the audio tracks listed.

If there are no audio tracks listed, please advise...

I believe your problem is that you have to select both DTS and 5.1 or 6.1 when you have DTS in the list of audio formats. If you dont you will not get any audio transfered. Ran into this problem awhile ago.

              Just trying to help.
