First I Rip the main moviefiles without menues or extras using DVD Decrypter. Then I shrink the riped files in DVD Shrink. Then I Create a DVD image using ImgTool and finally I burn the actual DVD into a disc.

This is all fine, but I still have not got a hold on how to take all the included subtitles with me and use them like you do in original movies (you can choose to view with or without the subs).

If anyone know how to and with what software to use and in what order regarding the above list of procedures to do this - I would be really glad!!

The subtitles will be ripped of the DVD at the beginning. When you put it in Shrink you will see the subtitles for the film (called subpictures in shrink). Tick them to include the on the copy.
