If a DVD writer keeps making coasters from the same DVD-R and any +RW discs are fine, I would assume the DVD's are at fault. However, there has had one bad +RW disc as well.
The drive is a OEM of the LG 4040B. It is set to slave with a DVD ROM as master.
The OS is XP and the software is Nero 6.0.0.28 and CopytoDVD.
The discs on playback stutter, freeze, and also show colour problems.
It happenes in the computer as well as the DVD Player.
Any ideas? Is it better to have the drive as Master?
