Backing up "Pearl Harbour"...................

I was wondering exactly how you would go about backing up "Pearl Harbour". The actually DVD is on 2 disc. Anyway of putting it all on 1 disc ? Can someone tell me kinda step by step, I know alittle bit, so I don't need it in crayola.
