Strange Burning Problem?

I made a copy of a full disc using DVD decryptor, DVD2One, then burnt using Nero 6.0.0.19, Liteon 411S on Infiniti DVD-R. The first copy worked fine. When I burnt a second copy everything seemed to go OK till the lead-out where an error was reported by Nero
Strangely the discs burnt with errors reported still play OK on my standalone player.

Has anyone got any ideas? Media/software... Should I just ignore this annoyance if the discs still work OK?

Sounds like a media quality problem. Try burning at a lower speed...
