can't make DVD burning feature of NERO work

I've tried to install and reinstall version 6.3.0...I've tried to select my DVD burner and still no DVD burning features---only CD creating options

Are you using the new compilation box. There is a drop down box on the left that switches between CD and DVD mode.

If you use the Express version, there is another drop down box that selects CD or DVD on the first screen.

Looks like your drive is not recognized by Nero. What brand of drive do you have?

I would look for a firmware in the drives manufacturer site.

Good Golly, Miss Molly... Do you even have a DVD BURNER? Or maybe just a player? I know, it is a scary thought, but I know people who think they "might" have one..
