burn a pinnacle studio 8 DVD image

Hi. I created an image for a DVD with Pinnacle Studio 8. Now I have a directory with a size of 8Gigz.
I can't seem to be able to burn the image on a DVD. I created a complete menu for the movie, so if i just burn a single .ifo file, i think i won't have the menu in it.

Who can help?

I'm sure you realize that 8 gigs won't fit onto a 4.7 gig blank DVD. It will need to be downsized to fit.

How was your image created? Did you use Studio's "make dvd image for later burning?" A little more info on how you got to where you are would be helpful.
