Selective Compression

Hi all,

I have been using DVD Shrink, Decryptor and Nero with great results but am wondering how I can selectively compress individual scenes? I'd rather compress a few scenes at a larger compression rate than compress the whole movie at a better rate. Any info would be appreciated.
