I need assistance

I'm having real difficulty burning DVDs. I can rip the DVD no problem and encrypt it with autoGK but I end up with a DVD file with no sound that is not recognised by nero 6. Can anyone be of assistance?

i'm a newbie at this myself, but i use DVD Shrink - very easy to use program that does everything for you (or so i think)
