After using DVD decryptor and dvd shrink to backup a movie. When I put in the dvd, I get a screen that says "This movie is intended to play in non-modified region 1 players." And it gives a picture of a map and it will not play on a top end dvd player, xbox, or computer. I burned it region free in dvd shrink and I also tried just selecting region 1 but I got the same error. Has anyone ever had this problem. Thanks.

Hi there, it won't play in your X-box unless you have a modchip installed ie. sets the macrovision to off (depending on chip) concerning the dvd player are you sure the player is multizone? is your dvd-rom in the computer region free? -
YEa i figured out the problem. In dvd decryptor the default region is set to 2, after I changed it to 1, then everything was perfect. And it will play in the xbox without a mod chip. All dvd's will. Even burned ones without the mod chip.
