Nero using up too much ram!!

Hey people, duz any one know what is cause nero to use up too much Ram, my comp specs r, P4 3.06Ghz, 512MB Ram, pioneer 106, and all the usual stuff.

I just reformatted my computer last nite, installed all the usual codecs etc for converting from avi to dvd etc... i had nero 6.0.0.3 version on a disk that i got with my computer and tried to copy a 4.7 backup disk that I burned at an earlier date but when nero is reading this all the RAM just disapears, like down to 20MB avalible. then i even updated nero to the newer vers. at that still does the same.

Duz anyone know how to solve this problem??

Your computer is fast,yet you will need more RAM, 1 or 2 gig, if you want to efficiently run a second program at the same time. I only have 256 RAM, and the computer is useless until movie is backed up. Was hoping to upgrade to 512, but now may just wait for new computer in a year.
