video files and burning

ok i dont know if anyone is reading this i am new to all of this.i have downloads that i have paid for from various websites.i have tried converting some of these files so i can burn them.i have tried nero burning rom and a few others. the video files never burn there is always an error regarding various subject such as windows licensing . how do i get to burn these movies ? i need some help .i have all of these videos i want to clear off my hardrive that i have paid for and i cannot get them on a dvd to save my life !please help. johnnerys@snappydsl.net

One can only surmise (based on the license restriction) that you've paid only for the privilege of playing the download, as is, on your PC...
