Unable to read source after 1st burn

I use a NEC ND-2500A to burn and a Samsung SM-352B as source. Have successfully used DVD X-Copy, DVD Shrink, and Nero6. However, everytime I have completed a successful burn or copy on the system, any subsequent burn/copy process would return an error indicating there’s NO source media read, this can only be solved by restarting the system, then it would behave the same after the 1st burn/copy process.

Anything I should be looking for?

Never mind, the updated Samsung F/W seems to fix the problem I had. It was at T807 & now it's on T808.
