reading problem

hi guys,im just learning how to copy dvds every thing has been going well for the last 2 weeks but all of a sudden ive started to get read errors at 86% on dvdshrink and at 93% on 2 other coppiers so i am now at a standstill can anyone help

1) Clean the ORIGINAL DVDs

2) Run a DVD/CD cleaning disc on your reader. Maxell makes one that retails for approximately $10US...

Had the same problem,but it seems to have cleared up by itself....right.
Mine was locking up during analyzing process,but it seems to have worked itself out.
Haven't cleaned anything,and it analyzes ok now-hopefully yours will too.
