for some reason when im using dvd shrink, and nero6 to burn my toshiba laptop always restarts at 98% completion leaving my dvd unfinished, does anyone know how to fix this?

what version Shrink and Nero are you using?

and nero 6 demo

the wierd thing is my laptop came with a dvd burner but not dvd burning software i have dragn'drop and intervideo windvd creator, any help would be appreciated?
