how do i "capture" one frame?

ok,,theres someone in a movie on a dvd i know.
would like to capture one frame of him and take the frame and convert it to a bmp for wallpaper..
am familiar with dvd shrink and nero,6..
have searched forums but found nothing..
any suggestions??

Play the DVD using WinDVD. Press the "P" key to capture a frame...

man..that one slipped by me....
can do it in power dvd also..
had a brain cramp on that one.
