Shink problem with the viewer

I haveing a problem in Shrink viewing movies, titles when in re-author. I highlight the movie, extras, or title click F12 nothing plays. I double click the selected movies, nothing plays.
The only way I can view the main movies, extras, and titles is to put the viewing screen in full position, press esc return to a small screen, several times, and it then works. I must be doing something incorrectly. Please help me with the correct way to view.
