Using originals MENUs in multiple disck backup

still waiting for news in DVD-9 recording... i'm backing up some of my comercial DVDs in 2 DVD-R, so i divided the DVD content in two using Shrink in Author mode to avoid any quality loss . By the way the menus become unavailable so i also make a back up of the MENU file as DATA in another DVDRW-RAM.

i was wondering, is there a way to use the original Menus and make then functionaly in the existing parts of the backed up DVD.

in the case i describe the menu will be in both disks, but only work for the files in that especific DVD.

any help will be appreciated.

If you want to "Split" the DVD onto 2 disks, you can use a program called "DVD-Replica" that will do this quite nicely and allow you to have functioning menus on both disks. The program has a trial period, but there are some limitations.
