backing up 1 chapter of a DVD using DVD shrink

Is it possible to back-up just one or a few chapters from a DVD instead of the whole DVD using DVD shrink? If so, how? Reading the guide I didn't see a way to backup just a few chapters.

Yes, use the reauthor function in shrink.

Move the main movie into the box on the left. Then, right click on it and choose "Set Start/End Frames". Then, choose the first and last chapters you want to include.

Simple as that!

If you want to include more, simply repeat the process with the ones you want to add.
