    No Audio on Later Chapters

Burned disk with Shrink and no problems or errors, however, on some of the later chapters there was no audio. I seleced the 5.1 Audio first.

Then I re-burned and selected both 2 & 5.1 Audio. This time the audio was fine.

Should it matter which audio is selected. I thought 5.1 would be the best to select when possible.

Unless you have the audio equipment necessary to render surround sound, you won't benefit from the enhanced sound quality.

No. If the 5.1 audiostream was complate on the original DVD, there's no reason it shouldn't have been complete when you selected only this audiostream...
