I want to backup an existing dvd and add 1 subtitle stream

Hi!

I really hope that someone can help me!
I want to backup an existing dvd.
It's a dvd with motion menus and Multi-language subtitle stream.

The thing is, I want to add another subtitle stream without losing anything of the dvd....
So I want to keep the menus, keep the other subtitle streams, but want to add another subtitle stream.

Is there anyone who can tell me if this is possible, and if there is, how can I do that.
I have the following programs:

Sony DVD architect
DVD-lab PRO Beta
Adobe Encore DVD

Yeah, sorry about that, I posted it in the wrong section.
