How can I burn without all the menus?

Well I have put my Donnie Darko into DVD shrink, and there is too much extras etc, so the main movie comes out crappy quality.
How can I do it so I only burn the main movie so its high quality.

Use DVD Shrink in "Re-author" mode - and select only the main movie...
