Hi everyone. I am new to DVD burning with dual layer media. I previuosly had the pioneer AO-5. I now have the LG 4120B dual format / dual layer. I use dvd shrink 3.2 to place files on HD but when I go to write, it says it can't write to the media inserted. The disc I inserted is the DVD+R DL by Verbatim. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong. If this problem has been hashed out before, apologies and you can point me in the right direction.

PS The movie that I am trying to backup is my wifes "Ghost" so that my daughter can have her own copy.
