Encoding using TMPG

What setting are the best or that work for audio when encoding an avi file with TMPG. I'm asking because I burnt a dvd and I got no audio on my dvd player and I think the problem is with my setting on TMPG or something to do with authoring using Ulead DVD MovieFactory. Should the audio format for an Ulead DVD MovieFactory project be LPCM audio or MPEG audio?

Mpeg 1 layer 2 is pretty much standard. Your attachment shows your audio at 48kbps, I use 224kbps. 48 k is the standard sample rate for mpeg 2 audio. Check your converted mpeg with avocodec to verify what your audio bitrate is. Just a thought.
