False errors in Nero 6.

Had to 'upgrade' to Nero 6 yesterday because 5.5 didn't recognise my new Pioneer 108 burner.
Now when I copy on-the-fly, the copy seems to go OK. The buffer stays full right through and drops to 0 at the very end. The window that comes up is a 'Burn failed' window though instead of the normal 'Done' one. The disc seems fine though. Any ideas on why it's saying the burn failed?

An upgrade from a previous when you have not uninstalled the older version may cause this sort of thing happening.

To clean the registry of previous versions go here:

Attention: This will unistall Nero completly make a note of your serial number B4 proceding.
