Audio not in-sync

I backed up a new DVD and when I play it on my home player you hear the voice, then you see them say it.

Anyone else experience this?

What program did you use for backup? Have your checked the original DVD if it is the same on that?

I used newest dvd-shrink.
The original is normal.

Did you a full backup or a reauthor?

i had the same thing happen when i backed up my copy of harry potter i did the re-auther on that one is this the reason the sound isnt in-sync?
