Having Problems Backing up "A Man Apart"

I've tried to backup a copy of "A Man Apart" a few times. I tried using DVD Shrink AND DVD Decrypter. Neither have worked.

When I try to open the disc using Shrink, it doesn't go thru any process, and just comes up to the screen where you choose which audio and subtitles, etc that you want to include in your copy. I try to back it up, and Shrink tells me the DVD is too big.

When I try DVD Decrypter, it gives me an I/O error.

Can anyone give me some help as to how I can backup this disc?
