    I/O Error

I'm trying to burn the Emperor's New Groove and I can't for the life of me get this thing backed up with none of the software I have. DVD Decrypter gives me the same message as DVD Shrink this is the message:

    I/O Error

    Device1:0:0)_NEC DVD_RW ND 2500A 1.70 (D (ATA)

    ScsiStatus: 0x02
    Interpretation: Check Condition

    CDB: 28 00 00 05 0E A9 00 00 01 00
    Iterpretation: Read (10)=Sector 331433

    Sense Area: F0 00 03 00 05 0E A5 0A 00 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 00 00 00
    Iterpretation: No Seek Complete

What does this mean exactly. I bought this disk used from Hollywood Video. The disk is immaculately clean. Being that it's a used DVD I'm sure it's been played quite a few times. Would this be a factor? No matter what I use I keep getting stuck in the same spot all the time, at the 10% mark. So far I've been able to use DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink beautifully, this is the first disk that's ever presented a problem. Can someone help please?

If you PLAY the purchased DVD on your PC, does it play all the way through (Movie and Extras)?

Yes it does, with no problems at all.

This DVD just simply can't be burned. I've done everything that's been advised, I've tried every trick and tip there is. I just think there are some DVD's that will play fine but just can't be copied. I don't know what the deal is with this particular DVD. But I'm sure if I was to get another copy of The Emperor's New Groove, I'd be able to copy it with no problem. I haven't been backing up DVD's very long but in my experience I've found the less it's been played, and the newer the DVD the easier it's going to be to back up with no issues or problems. But I may be wrong but it's just my observation. I don't think this is a problem with DVD Shrink or DVD Decrypter, cause none of my software was able to do anything with this DVD. I have I Copy DVDs2, DVD X Copy, not even DVD Copy One which would've sent it to 2 CD's could do anything with this DVD.
