Problems with Backup Area (target device)

I am rather new to this since I just got my burner. A friend helped me set up DVD shrink, and decryptor. I also got nero 6 with my burner. The first two DVDs I burned went well. I had it all set up and it was smooth. I tried recently to burn again and had a problem I have been unable to figure out. I can get everything ready to back-up but when I choose back up my "select backup target" area only gives me a few choices. They are:

Create ISO image file:
_______________________________
ISO Image File
ISO Image File and burn with DVD decrypter

Create DVD Files
________________________________
Hard Disk Folder

The first couple of DVDs that I copied used NERO to burn. Now I am unable to get the target back to my DVD burner. It doesn't give me that option so I have to burn it with DVD decrypter. This burn process worked alright, but there is a problem with it. I am in Japan and one of my DVD players is Japanese. I can't use the menu screen on the ones that I copy with DVD decryptor. I may be able to fix that, but the goal is to get DVD shrink to see my drive again and use Nero 6.

I have tried a few things already. I removed my hardware (the Plextor Drive) from the device manager and had windows re-detect it. I also removed DVD shrink and re-installed it. Still same problem.

Does anyone have any suggestions to this?
