    new guy needs help.

    just some general questions.
    1) It seems lately when i've burned dvds they go thru the ripping process fine, but when i go to play them they tend to freeze & it's impossible to skip a chapter. i thought maybe i got a bad source dvd, so i rented the same dvd elsewhere and the burned copy froze in exactly the same place.. is it crummy blank dvds? (i'm using a spindle pack of HP. any suggestions?)maybe an internal computer issue? sometimes they work fine, but i've had to throw away more and more copies as of late.

    2) in the simplest terms possible. how do you put more than one movie (most kids movies are about an hour long, so i figure i should be able to maybe put at least 2 on a blank) on one bland disc. i'm using nero.

thanks to any & all that take the time out to answer my questions.

    Hi cgf68

    1) It may be the media. You could try writing at a slower speed and not mutli-task whilst you burn etc

    2) Use DVD Shrink (freeware) and follow this guide

Purchase a better "Brand" of media such as Ritek.
