need help with docce4u.. wont load list of jobs !

hey there..

im following this http://www.dvdr-digest.com/articles/24_2.html tutorial to back-up my lord of the rings 1.

i've got as far as page 4, step #8 on the tutorial.

this is where my problem come in. when i click on "ENCODE" in reauthourist, it should load DOCCE4U and the job list should be there.. but i dont get that.

all i get is this..

hey there...

i figured out how to load the job in docce4u .. but now i got a new problem..

when i load the .scn file in scenarist and press start to begin re-authoring .. i get this error.



what do the errors mean and how can i fix this.. if anyone could help me . i'd appreciate it.
