DVD shrink is not burning

Everything is working like it always work, but it won't make the back up. It only tells me files are being saved, and give me the location of the file.

Did you select your burner as output target and are Nero still enabled in the preferences?

Thanx, cynthia. What I did was install the new up to date 3.2, and reset all. It works, thank you.
