CCE Encoding Failed

I have been using the Quality Backup Guide and am very impressed with the results. However, i have just come across a problem when trying to encode. I am using BatchCCEWS 0.9.1.5 and CCE 2.67. While CCE is running its initial pass, it is coming up with an error that says:
"OPV VBV ovf frame# 69(00:00:02:21) P 49988 max 49874.17 rel 113.83 1.00 qsv 32.91->32.91"
Does anyone know what this error means and what i can do about it. I only get this error with one PGC on a disk, all the others are fine, which is why i am confused.
