AC3 encoding of .vob files

i have downloaded a version of 'The Day After Tomorrow' from www.suprnova.org

i wanted to burn it to dvd so as i could watch it on my home dvd player downstairs in my lounge. but i've tried using nero and roxio and roxio says it cannot be done because it is in AC3 encoded form? if i burnt it to the disc it would be silent it says...

any idea's folks, its taken me 3 days constant downloading to get this movie, and its really frustrating?!
