    encoding takes longer then usual

Have been very successful with dvd shrink the last few months doing backups, but lately with 3.2.0.15v the encoding section has been taking exceptionally longer to complete, i.e over an hr , where it use to be 30 to 45 min.

My rate is about 1,605 KB/s, buffered varies from 15 to 62 MB, video preview looks like its stopping and going sporadically and when it finally goes to burn it ends up hanging on 22% every time! and is freezes up the program, & have to end program. I tried this with both old and new videos and it doesn matter, Seems as if paging memory or buffering isnt working right.

I uninstalled and reinstalled dvdshrink and same results. using the same dvd R+ as always that were successful before. Using Nero Ultra 6.0, RAM 512M, WIN2K, P4 2.4MHz and have plenty of disk space on the desired hardrive that i write to.

have all the defaults set , HELP!
    FYI, the file I/O info
only checkboxs i have checked are check RPC2 drive region code when opening a DVD and enable buring with nero
