backup dvd not showing up

Hi I am new to this board. I have been using DVD Shrink for about a year now and I think it works great. But, I seem to be having a problem all of a sudden. After my back is complete I leave it in the drive and try to view it on my comp and it does not show up in my drive. Neither does the dvd backups from like a year ago, the real dvds show up with no problems. Can someone please help me?

Try running a DVD/CD cleaning disc on the burner. Maxell makes one that retails for approximately $10US...
