Shrink doesn't shrink

When DVD Shrink is done, and I'm ready to burn, the file is still nearly 8 G, and therefore doesn't burn.

I'm using Automatic Compression, which doesn't seem to compress at all. Have tried setting compression manually, but that doesn't seem to have any effect either.

what is your output size in your preferences?

Preferences? Oh, yeah - i've got it set to DVD9 8.5 whatever. SO - now I'll try it at DVD 5.
